Dustin Honken was an Iowa chemistry student who used his newfound knowledge to become a meth kingpin. In 1992, he enlisted his best friend, moved to Arizona, and borrowed $5,000 to buy chemicals and equipment. Within a year, the two managed to produce several pounds of nearly pure meth .
