White supremacist terrorist Richard Snell, 64, speaks at his clemency hearing. He predicted there’d be a bombing on his execution day. That day, the Oklahoma City bombing happened. Snell, who had hours left to live, reportedly chuckled as he watched TV reports on it (Arkansas, 1995) .
